New Products Launch

Besides our famous roast duck, try 933’s Nanjing Salted Duck and Roast Turkey (Christmas & Thanksgiving).

933’s Nanjing Salted Duck is prepared using herbs and spices unique to the culinary flavors of Nanjing. It can be eaten warm or as a cold dish with it’s accompanying home-made sweet and sour chili sauce. 933 Pte Ltd is amongst the very few food establishments in Singapore that offer this delicious dish and is probably the best tasting.

Adding to the variety of our roast delights, 933’s Christmas and Thanksgiving Roast Turkey is prepared using the same technique as our famous roast duck. We ensure that the seasoning flavor and natural juices are preserved in the meat and keeping it moist and succulent while presenting a mouth-watering orange-brown roasted skin on the outside.

Together with its specially made sauce, it is the perfect meal for Christmas and Thanksgiving.

欢迎品尝933的新菜色-南京咸水鸭和烧火鸡。南京咸水鸭是用南京独特风味的草药与香料腌制而成。它可制做成主菜或开胃菜,再配上933自制的甜酸辣椒酱。933私人有限公司是餐饮业中极少数提供此美味又可口的菜肴之一。

在众多的烧烤肉类之外,我们的另一个新菜色是烧火鸡。我们延用烧烤烧鸭的方法来烧烤火鸡。此方法确保调味料的香味和天然肉汁能继续保留在肉内。使肉质保持鲜嫰多汁的同时,还能烤出令人垂涎三尺的金黄色外皮。这是圣诞与感恩节所不可少的应节佳肴。

Specialty

What make 933’s roast meats the delight of our loyal customers are the seasoning ingredients and the roasting process. 933’s roast meats are prepared and seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices. After seasoning, the meat is marinated for a period so that the flavor of the spices permeates into it.

933’s roast meats are then flame oven roasted at precise temperature and duration to maintain the flavor, moisture and succulence. In the entire process, we ensure that the seasoning flavor and natural juices are preserved in the meat and keeping it moist while presenting a mouth-watering orange-brown roasted skin on the outside.

     

The texture of 933’s roast duck skin is not crispy because the moisture in the meat is preserved. Although it is possible to roast the duck so that the skin becomes crispier, however, the meat would turn out drier and its natural juices diminished. This is evidence by the separation of the skin from the meat.

Also, no deep-frying or any other method to artificially make the skin crispier is used in our preparation process.

Complimenting our roast meats, 933’s seasoning, chili paste, chili sauces, gravies are all produced in-house to blend with the different varieties of roast delights.

933特制的调味配料与烧烤方式的成果,是我们忠实顾客的最爱。肉类是先用特别调配的草药与香料腌制。再经过一段时间,让调味料的香味能完全渗透入肉内。

过后,将肉类置入烤炉内,以特定的温度与时间烧烤。整个过程,我们能确保配料的香味和天然肉汁保留在肉内。使肉质保持鲜嫰的同时,还能烤出令人垂涎三尺的金黄色外皮。

我们的烤鸭皮并不十分的脆,这是因为我们让肉汁继续保留在肉内。虽然鸭皮能被烧烤得更脆,但肉质会因肉汁流失而变得干硬。同时,鸭皮与肉会因此而分开。

整个过程中,933并没用油炸或其他人工方法使鸭皮更脆。

我们的调味料、辣椒酱与酱汁都是亲手特制的。
